PAT Testing

Any business dealing with the public is required to test their portable electrical equipment. Portable appliance testing involves a visual inspection of the equipment and cables, ensuring they meet the safety guidelines. Whether you have ten or ten thousand appliances, we can cater for your needs.

We carry out large and small, single phase and three phase fuse board upgrades. We install all distribution boards to 18th edition standards, using the highest quality of manufacturers such as Hager, Wylex, Schneider and Eaton amongst others.

electrical installation condition reports

Electrical testing, also known as Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), is now a legal requirement for landlords owning rental property. An EICR document details any non-compliances in an existing installation. We will rectify any deviations found, leaving you with a satisfactory electrical report in line with BS7671 electrical regulations. We are also members of the Private Rented Sector scheme for landlords.
